Ticket Purchase Venue Terms and Conditions Policy
**By clicking on the “Confirm Order” button you confirm you understand and agree to the following:** **ALL SALES ARE FINAL! ** TICKETS NOT CHECKED-IN 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO CURTAIN WILL BE RELEASED TO THE WAITLIST. If using a Gift Certificate/Voucher, please be sure to bring the document(s) with you to the theatre and present to the Box Office or Host. Tickets will be good until 10 minutes prior to curtain. If you have not presented your tickets at that time, the seats will be made available to other patrons. Patrons will not be permitted to enter theatre while the performance is in progress. This regulation is in the best interest of other patrons and the actors. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience to latecomers and will make no adjustments on account of it. Tickets are only good for the date purchased. There are no refunds. However, we will do our best to reschedule to another date if tickets are available. We reserve the right to refund the purchase price and refuse admission. No recording devices are allowed in the theatre. Inclement Weather Statement: In the event of inclement weather, we will post CANCELLATIONS on our website and on our main number of 937-278-5993. If NO CANCELLATION message is noted, the show will go on as scheduled.

No one under the age of seven (7) admitted. Performances containing strong language and/or brief nudity, we will not admit anyone under 18, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
If you need handicapped (walkers, scooters, wheelchairs, unable to climb stairs) seating, please indicate your requirements in the Comments Box on the Check Out page when placing your order.

Please Note: You will receive two order confirmations. Once you submit an order, you should receive an order number on the order screen. In addition to your order number, you should also receive an email within 5 minutes of submitting your order successfully. If you do not receive an order number on the order screen and email, your order did not process successfully. If you received your order number on the order screen, but no email, you likely entered your email address incorrectly.
